Iskren Krusteff is a key figure in the Bulgarian entrepreneurship ecosystem, known for his extensive experience in mentoring startups & scaleups, building entrepreneurial environments, and access to the ecosystem’s key actors.
As CEO of Integrator JSC (NTGR.ai), Iskren leads a company focused on integrating AI solutions to improve business efficiency and decision-making. His vision has positioned NTGR.ai as an innovator in the sector, driving advancements that reshape business scaling.
In his role as Board Member at VC Law Firm, Iskren supports innovative ventures in investment, blockchain, and IT. He has advised and facilitated capital raises exceeding €20M for blockchain and DeFi startups, developed legal frameworks for tech partnerships and authored a white paper for the Bulgarian Agency for Road Safety.
Iskren co-founded and chairs INCREDA.org, a platform accelerating the development of the Bulgarian entrepreneurial ecosystem using data and collaborations. Through INCREDA, he has influenced policy via partnerships with the European Commission and OECD launched the “Entrepreneurs in Class” initiative, and positioned Sofia among 12 global innovation cities in a Springer publication. He co-organised the top pre-acelerator program for StartItSmart, the first program for early-stage startups in Bulgaria, currently used by StartUp Next by Google and many accelerators across the world.
As an Advisory Board Member and Principal Mentor at the Science & Innovation Park of United Arab Emirates University, Iskren has forged key partnerships with industry giants like Boeing, Google, IBM, and Microsoft. He was critical in making the SIP incubator the UAE’s most successful, securing over $250K in funding and multiple national awards.
His involvement with Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) Bulgaria highlights his commitment to enhancing the entrepreneurial landscape. As Co-founder and Chairman, he influenced the national curriculum, hosted high-profile conferences, and published annual reports on Bulgaria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
At the Financial Services Authority (FCA) in the UK, Iskren managed a £20M transformation program, facilitating compliance data monitoring for over 250 UK banks and successfully transitioning 1,200 staff to the Bank of England. He facilitated the key EDGE project for the Allied Irish Bank.
Iskren has also been a Program Advisor and Judge for Climate-KIC, Europe’s largest climate innovation community, and has played a key role in Cleantech Bulgaria’s first climate tech accelerator.
His affiliations with FCA, Start It Smart, GEM Bulgaria, and the Global Advisory Panel of Science & Innovation Park at UAE, Integrator Jsc, along with his educational journey from MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School, Imperial College, and Babson College, underscore his strategic approach to entrepreneurship and deep technologies.
